Dr. Redwan is a Specialist Otolaryngologist with over 25 years of Experience in ENT and Laryngology (Voice and Swallowing)
Dr. Redwan Started his career as a specialist Otolaryngologist 1996. Got his master degree in Otolaryngology, head and neck surgery 1097 and worked for 10 years as Otolaryngologist and teacher at medical schools in Syria. He did fellowship in Laryngology (Voice and Swallowing) 2007. He initiated the first Laryngology Clinic in Syria 2008 which was the unique tertiary referral clinic in Syria and countries around it for voice and swallowing disorders. 2013 He moved to Kuwait to work at Al Sabah hospital (Sheikh Salem Ali center) at the Laryngology Clinic. The limited tertiary clinic in MOH in the field of voice and swallowing. Dr. Redwan was the first to start in-office surgical procedures on vocal cords (Syria, then Kuwait).
He shifted to UAE and started the first subspecialty laryngology Clinic in the private sector in Dubai 2015 (Voice and Swallowing Clinic, NCMC). He practiced at a wide variety of hospitals in Dubai, Abudhabi and AlAin. Dr. Redwan is professional in caring for the voice of professional voice users (singers, Imams, speakers, teachers..)
Dr. Redwan is very active in the scientific field. . He was an academic lecturer at Damascus University and AlKalamoon U. (Syria) for more than 10 years.,

- Dr. Redwan was the first doctor to do office-based surgery on vocal cords and voice box in Syria and Kuwait.
- He was pioneer in operating laryngoplasty (thyroplasty) in Syria and UAE
- He introduced with some Syrian head and neck surgeons the endoscopic surgery for vocal cords and larynx cancers in Syria as an alternative to Laryngectomy.
- He participated in tens of local and international conferences and workshops as an attendee, speaker, moderator and director.
